Curated Influencer & VIP Brand Dinner

Overview

In April 2025, I produced an intimate, invite-only influencer and VIP dinner for Maddox & Company to formally introduce the Enduring Legacy Collection alongside a ready-to-wear collaboration.

The objective was awareness and positioning. The dinner was designed to refine Maddox & Company within the luxury lifestyle space and align the brand with tastemakers, media, and culturally relevant voices in an intimate, intentional environment. This was a strategic visibility.

Brand Context

Maddox & Company is a lifestyle brand rooted in heritage, craftsmanship, and legacy-driven storytelling.

The Enduring Legacy Collection marked a pivotal moment; signaling maturity, permanence, and expansion into elevated wardrobe staples.

This launch required:

• Cultural credibility

• Intentional influencer alignment

• Refined luxury positioning

• A controlled, high-touch environment

Objective

Primary Goal:

Position Maddox & Company as a refined, culturally rooted lifestyle brand through curated influencer visibility.

Secondary Goals:

• Introduce the Enduring Legacy Collection in an immersive setting

• Drive organic content across Instagram and digital platforms

• Strengthen relationships with tastemakers and media

• Create partnership visibility for collaborators and sponsors

Strategy

Rather than a large-scale activation, we chose intimacy as strategy.

1. Guest Curation

30 hand-selected attendees:

• Diverse influencers across fashion and lifestyle.

• Select tastemakers + VIP consumers

• Brand partners

Every guest aligned with the brand’s visual identity, audience demographic, and long-term growth strategy.

2. Narrative-Led Experience

The evening was structured to unfold as a story:

• Arrival + branded welcome moment

• Seated curated 5-course dinner

• Founder-led storytelling around legacy and design inspiration

• Intentional product placement woven into tablescape styling

Ready-to-wear pieces to living organically within the space rather than feeling promotional.

Creative Direction & Production

Concept Development

I led the full creative direction, ensuring the experience embodied:

• Heritage

• Elevated and Refined masculinity

• Timeless luxury

• Cultural sophistication

Experience Design Included:

• Custom tablescape styling

• Intentional brand integration throughout the venue

• Cultural but sophisticated food & beverage pairing

• Soft, warm lighting to support premium content capture

The visual language was consistent from invitation through post-event content.

Execution

The dinner was produced as a white-glove experience.

Key Production Elements:

• Venue sourcing and spatial flow design

• Vendor coordination

• Guest communication + confirmation

• On-site brand staging

• Influencer management

• Run-of-show oversight

Every detail — from seating placement to camera angles — was designed with digital amplification in mind.

Content & Visibility

The event generated:

• Organic Instagram feed posts + audience engagement

• Instagram stories with brand tagging

• Influencer-driven product highlights

• Behind-the-scenes content

• High-quality editorial-style photography

Visibility extended beyond attendees through:

• Post-coverage media/ publication placement

• Influencer audience reach

• Cross-posting from brand collaborators

• Post-event brand assets used for ongoing marketing

The dinner functioned as both an experience and a content engine.

Partnership Integration

Partners were not treated as sponsors — they were integrated into the story.

Each collaborator received:

This elevated both Maddox & Company and its collaborators simultaneously.

Impact

The dinner successfully:

• Elevated brand perception within Atlanta’s luxury and creative community

• Provided Maddox & Company with premium launch content

• Positioned the Enduring Legacy Collection within a culturally relevant, design-forward setting

More importantly, it marked Maddox & Company’s transition from emerging brand to intentional lifestyle house.
